Dear Aline,
I just wanted to formally thank you for looking after my condo for the two and a half weeks I was away. I was able to go on vacation, enjoy my time away and not worry if someone remembered to water my plants or if my mail got collected. When I came home I was greeted by my well-cared for plants (they were in bloom!) and a delicious lemon-poppy seed cake -- such a caring touch -- which I sat down and had with a relaxing cup of tea.

Your care for us at our recent off-site reminded me of another occasion of impeccable service. Five years ago I was at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Bali. You absolutely saved the day, today. Jack very much enjoyed meeting you and was thrilled that the "owner herself" came to his rescue.
